Our mission...
The primary objective of this Foundation is to provide monetary support and assistance through fund raising activities to community events and other charitable organizations that support veterans, veterans causes and active duty members of the United States Armed Forces and their families. Our primary community event is to sponsor the East Bay Stand Down, a 4-day program that is held every two years to provide social, medical, dental, financial (income tax assistance) and legal services to needy and homeless veterans in conjunction with assistance from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, various agencies and Departments of the State of California, the judicial courts of several San Francisco Bay area counties, various other county veteran/social service agencies and the United States Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard) . This Foundation may also provide monetary support and assistance to other Stand Down events.
